Purpose of this consultation

The Stobart Group has instructed Emery Planning Partnership, Fallows Gowen and Barnes Walker to prepare and submit an outline planning application for the mixed residential and employment re-development of the former Irlams haulage depot, Knutsford Road, Chelford. A development team with expertise on highways, landscape, ecology and environmental issues have been instructed to advise on the proposals.

We wish to engage the local community prior to submission of the application . This website has been created to allow you to view the proposals and to provide feedback to the development team in advance of the submission of a planning application. We are keen to hear your views on the emerging design concept for this important site, at the heart of Chelford Village.
