This is a proposal for a single two-storey detached dwelling with second floor accommodation within the roof space.It would be located on the south side of Dingle Lane in the north east corner of the site. The accommodation would include an attached double garage with living, kitchen and dining rooms on the ground floor and four bedrooms at first floor level. Two further bedrooms would be located within the roof space.

Barn Cottages (Click images to view)

This section of the development involves the construction of one terrace of four dwellings facing the barn conversion. It has been designed to respect the scale and appearance of the farmhouse and barn with a low eaves height and use of dormer windows and gables features above the first floor windows. Two single-storey detached garage blocks/stores are proposed to be constructed between these dwellings and the barn conversion.
