Community Involvement

EPP is a member of the Consultation Institute. We can advise on the consultation process that some authorities require to be carried out before submission of a wide range of applications and undertake the process itself.

Consultation with local interest groups, the general public and local authority officers is an important component of the Design and Access Statement, which is a prerequisite for the registration of most types of planning application.
