Emery Planning Partnership is a Town Planning Practice based in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

Our People

EPP has four directors, all of whom have considerable experience in the working of the statutory planning system from local government and private practice perspectives. They have a wealth of experience in appearing as expert witnesses at public inquiries and hearings into development plan matters, Section 78 appeals and enforcement matters with excellent records of success. We have 2 associate directors, 2 principal consultants, 2 senior consultants and 3 consultants together with a professional support team.

All our senior planning staff are chartered town planners with substantial experience in planning matters, most have experience in both the private and public sectors.

The consultants are assisted by a professional support team, which deals with the administration and progress chasing of applications and appeals and by an administration team.

The entire team are client focused and we pride ourselves in always working in our client’s best interests giving honest and straightforward advice.
