The Purpose of this Public Consultation

The beneficiaries of the Estate of J M Goodwin Deceased have instructed Emery Planning Partnership and Munro Summers Architects to prepare to prepare and submit an application seeking full planning permission and listed building consent for a residential development on land at Dingle Farm, Dingle Lane, Sandbach.

We wish to engage the local community prior to submission of the formal applications. This website has been created to allow you to view the proposals and to provide feedback to the development team in advance of the submission of the formal applications. We are keen to hear your views on the current proposals.

For information, we are also carrying out a separate consultation exercise relating to a proposed residential development on land at Waterworks House which is also located on Dingle Lane, a short distance to the north east of the application site. This consultation exercise is also available on our website for your perusal and comments.
