The plans illustrate the overall residential redevelopment of the site and its relationship with its surroundings. We welcome your views on these proposals. Please note that the plans are not final and may be subject to amendments following receipt of your comments.

Any comments received from this consultation exercise will be taken into consideration in the final drafting of the proposals prior to the submission of the formal planning application to Stratford on Avon District Council. We anticipate submitting the application later this year.

We would also advise you that the council will carry out their own public consultation exercise during consideration of the application. This is likely to include letters being sent to those properties immediately adjoining the site and a notice being displayed on the site.
