This section of the proposal includes the construction of 7 dwellings on land on the north side of Dingle Lane. These are:
- Dwelling No. 1
Paddock View would be a two-storey detached dwelling with second floor accommodation in the roof space and a detached garage to the front. Due to the change in ground levels the property would appear as a bungalow at the rear. This house would consist of two bedrooms on the ground floor, living space on the first floor and two bedrooms at second floor level. - Dwelling No.s 2, 3 and 4
Paddock View would consist of three identical two-storey detached dwellings with three levels of accommodation. Again, due to the change in ground levels the property would appear as a bungalow at the rear. One bedroom would be located on the ground floor, with living space at first floor level and two further bedrooms at second floor level. A three-bay single-storey detached garage would be located to the front. - Dwelling No.s 5 and 6
Paddock View would comprise a pair of two-storey semi-detached dwellings with an attached double garage on one side. Each house would comprise living space on the ground floor with three bedrooms at first floor level. - Dwelling No. 7
Paddock View would comprise a two-storey detached dwelling with an attached single garage to the side. This would be a split level house on the ground floor due to a change in the levels with accommodation at the rear being on higher level than that at the front. The accommodation would include living space on the ground floor with four bedrooms at first floor level.
