EPP is a Member of the Consultation Institute and a Member of the Institute of Environmental Assessment.
As a Member of the Consultation Institute we carry out the full range of pre-application consultation and community involvement exercises which are often required in support of planning applications.

The Environmental Impact Assessment procedure is multi-phased. We screen development to assess if an EIA is required, prepare the scoping report that identifies the topics to be covered by the EIA, prepare the format for topic reports, co-ordinate the preparation of the environmental statement and prepare the non-technical summary. We are registered as an environmental impact assessor member of IEMA.
