In summary, the proposed development includes:

  • Renovation of the existing Grade II Listed farmhouse including the rebuilding of the north west facing gable elevation, relocating it to its original position.
  • The conversion of an existing two-storey barn to create one dwelling.
  • The demolition of two smaller outbuildings adjacent to the barn.
  • The construction of 6 two-storey detached dwellings.
  • The construction of one pair of semi-detached two-storey dwellings.
  • The construction of one terrace of 4 dwellings.
  • The construction of three single-storey detached garage blocks and a single detached garage.

Associated hard and soft landscaping works are also proposed, including tree planting within the site.

Including the existing farmhouse, there would be a total of 14 dwellings on the site with associated garaging and car parking.
