Proposed Development

In summary, the proposed development includes:

  • The demolition of an existing two-storey dwelling known as Waterworks House.
  • The complete removal of three storage tanks and two settlement tanks that were used to hold treated water as part of the water treatment processes that previously took place at the site.
  • Construction of a new access, built to adoptable standards, from Tiverton Close to the north and permanent closure of the existing vehicular access along Dingle Lane.
  • Construction of 12 detached two-storey dwellings with integral garages.
  • Associated hard and soft landscaping works, including tree planting, in and around the application site.
