The Purpose of this Public Consultation

Mr Duncan Goodwin, on behalf of the Waterworks Trust, has instructed Emery Planning Partnership and Munro Summers Architects to prepare and submit an application seeking full planning permission for a proposed residential development on land at Waterworks House, Dingle Lane, Sandbach.

We wish to engage the local community prior to submission of a formal planning application. This website has been created to allow you to view the proposals and provide feedback to the development team in advance of the submission of a formal planning application. We are keen to hear your views on the current proposals.

For information, we are also carrying out a separate consultation exercise relating to a proposed residential development at Dingle Farm which is also on Dingle Lane, a short distance to the south west of the application site. This consultation exercise is also available on our website for your perusal and comments.
